America is a land of crap, suing anyone over a poke and ****.

You can get sued if someone drops hot coffee on themselves if you serve it to them. FFS that **** is ******.

Pressing your thumb on your face doesn't leave marks.

I think everyone is missing the entire point. Whether its a finger poke, or a leg kick, it is against the law to be touching anyone in a confrontational manner especially when you're trying to hurt them.
Would Floyd himself like it if someone poked their finger in his face during a dispute? Of course not.

Is it a bit prissy of the security guard to go to the police? Maybe, but thats his right as a citizen. I don't give a **** about any celebrity, they aren't better than anyone else and have no right to be trying to physically intimidate anyone.

And, if you were the one poking someone else in the face because someone did something to piss you off, then you bet your bottom dollar you would be going to jail for assault and intimidation. Atleast the guy was smart enough not to fight back against a champion boxer. Just because Floyd is a boxing star doesn't mean he can do as he pleases if someone does something that he doesn't like.

FMJ is not above the law - just like the rest of us, and this is just ANOTHER small example of how out of control Mayweathers temper has gotten.
Be ****ing serious !!! If average man poked this guy in the face with a mark like that, the police would laugh. How can you prove floyd poke this guy in the face or anyone else for that matter??? Its a pink mark for god sake .!!!

Do you not have white skin? It does! That guy is clearly white light skin complected, he is not tan. If you press on your skin it will leave a mark. And that mark in that pic is barely even showing.

No, I don't have white skin.

                    Now answer me this,
does Floyd have a history of confrontational violence against others outside of the boxing ring?

pressing a finger on your face leaves a red spot . and what this guy has on his face is hardly considered a mark.. I seen people standing in the cold with redder checks than this guy... please be ****ing serious.. This is simple case floyd word against his.. If there had been actual damage floyd would have gone to jail..
Fact I have had the police called on me for poking someone.. The police took the report and told us to stay way from each other ..
