I think everyone is missing the entire point. Whether its a finger poke, or a leg kick, it is against the law to be touching anyone in a confrontational manner especially when you're trying to hurt them.

Exactly. Some of the people on here are acting like Floyd is the victim. No, the man did not suffer life altering injuries, and a finger poke seems less serious then an actual punch... but if any average man (not a celebrity) poked anyone in here in the face, I doubt they would find it such a laughing matter. And, if you were the one poking someone else in the face because someone did something to piss you off, then you bet your bottom dollar you would be going to jail for assault and intimidation. Atleast the guy was smart enough not to fight back against a champion boxer. Just because Floyd is a boxing star doesn't mean he can do as he pleases if someone does something that he doesn't like.

pressing a finger on your face leaves a red spot . and what this guy has on his face is hardly considered a mark.. I seen people standing in the cold with redder checks than this guy... please be ****ing serious.. This is simple case floyd word against his.. Fact I have had the police called on me for poking someone.. The police took the report and told us to stay way from each other ..
