Rome my dude it's been too long. I agree with you. I think Maidana puts and end to this big mouth somewhere in the middle rounds.

i dont see why Khan vs Ortiz is the next logical step...

khan beat kotelnik who beat maidana who beat ortiz. if khan beats maidana as well why on earth does he have to fight ortiz? ortiz doesnt earn the right to fight the number 2/3 fighter in the division just by beating peterson! ffs...make him rematch maidana first!

Khan has earned a shot at the top 2 if he beats maidana, which he should. the winner of bradley vs alexander earns the right as top dog in the division to fight whoever he wants in 140 or try and make a play for a a big name in 147. but khan at least gets a shot at the loser and then the right to claim the lineal title.

sadly, this is all too logical and will probably have nothing to do with the politics that boxing is tainted with.
