Not casuals but people who watch boxing because i am watching it or start talking about it cuz im reading the site at uni.
1) "boxing is dead s'all about MMA man"
I asked them the last time they watched a fight "uhhhh uhhh Tyson highlight reel". In Canada you barely get any on basic cable.
Yet when i tell the guy about Klitchkos filling out soccer stadiums and how title challenger based on his ethnic fan base may make more than the champion its the usual high school childish response "yeh yeh dude i gotta life i blah blah" Change of subject.

Guy: "oh floyd is what champion?"
Me: "welterweight"
Guy: "soo thats not a champion you know its all about the heavyweight"
Me: after getting stitches done from bashing my head against the wall "you see every one is a champion in their own right being a big guy adds to it but a lower weight champ is no less than the heavyweight champ"
