Valero actually NEVER fought under an athletic commission.
Japan doesn't test. this has been proven time and time again by fighter testimonies.

edwin valero was a true world class boxing talent in every sense of the world
dude was destined to be great
he couldnt take the steps neccessary to take his talent to the next level

I remember Randy Suico got to spar with Valero. He said when Valero hits him hard he can feel the knuckles hitting his face.
