Cotto's place in the HoF is not debatable, unlike others, this man is fearless and fights ANYBODY. Bless him.

roy jones, ricky hatton, oscar de la hoya, evander holyfield, hector camacho, james toney, joe calzaghe, felix trinidad

active guys who have earned it without question(going down in weight)
        Both klitschkos
        Bernard hopkins
        shane mosley
        floyd mayweather
        miguel cotto
        manny pacquiao
        juan manuel marquez
        rafael marquez

some close calls / guys who could cement a late ballot w/ a big win or two
        Thomas Adamek
        Glen Johnson

Young guys doin all the right stuff to get there that need to keep up the good work in the years to come (got these ones in order too : )
        nonito donaire
        andre ward
        Juanma Lopez
Amir Khan (better keep those gloves up though)
        Tim Bradley

some very good fighters w/ great resumes that dont belong / arent likely to belong by the end of their careers (notice they are all at or near the end as well)
        Sergio Martinez
        Carl Froch
        Antonio Tarver
        mikkel kessler
        nate campbell
        juan diaz

and some "Honorable" inductees (i think these men should be in the HOF because of what they gave to boxing)
        Micky Ward (LOWELL MA, BABY)
Arturo Gatti (clearly the better resume and more talented fighter of the two)

            so true

he'd deffinately get late ballot consideration if he was never associated w/ plaster
