really, so if we put emmanuel lucero against cotto or magarito, lucero would walk through these slow weight drained bigger guys too right??

Why do you think Manny asked for those catch-weight terms? He would've had defeated Margarito regardless with or without it, but he asked for it for his own selfish need. Sometimes you can be the best at what you do, but if you don't have that extra motivation even the slightest chance of being confident, you'll never be able to perform at your full strength.

Wow. I didn't know I'd have to walk you through it.

When you take a guy with Manny's skills, at Manny's size, and you put him up against a guy like Margarito, with his skill, at 150.... Size means very little.

Pacquiao is a great fighter, but if you don't think they've been given every advantage possible, then you're blind.

Good answer. Often a single fighter gets someone into watching and taking an interest in boxing. Hopefully the rest of the sport wheels you in and gets you addicted - already started as your on a forum so nice one.

Fair play your following a great fighter.

Yeah. I'm all for new fans. But you pay attention, you'll notice that "soaking up boxing" isn't really this guys plan.

It's to jock Manny, and rip Floyd. He couldn't give a damn about the rest of the sport.

Infairness, I don't know the guy and you may well be right. I run a forum myself and you do get national trends - got a few Danish fans when Mikkel was doing well. One or two still come back though they were all pretty polite.

I suppose the sport of boxing is alot bigger now in the Philippines cos of Manny and while a lot will go once he retires, we as a sport will gain new fans and thats a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

Manny Pacquiao: “I feel like I don’t need Mayweather to make my career. I fought the best and anyone willing to face me. I want it, and feel the fans deserve the Mayweather fight. I want to prove to everyone that it wasn’t me who didn’t want the fight. That’s why I made the concession to take anything [blood tests] he wants at any time. Even during the fight before the sixth round if he wanted! What else can I do? I hope we get the fight done soon. Let’s get it on.”
