Floyd Sr. expressed his views succinctly already, it has nothing to do with it but his FEARS that his son can get whacked by a drug-enduced/enhance fighter in Pacquiao. That is the main premise.

Pacquiao don't have to do anything and yet he is trying to meet from 24, 14, 7 and now even in between rounds or 6th rounds.

BOTH SIDES (Mayweather and Pacquiao) have FEAR. The Mayweathers FEARED PACQUIAO while PACQUIAO FEARED that the blood testing will weaken him.

Again, all of these can be prevented if the NSAC is a strong-spined COMMISSION.

I like Pac but dude he is on something, not to mention his last two fights, were against people who had no chance. Let them keep robbing you, the boxing gym I go to, everyone gives him respect for his hard work but they all say he is on something.

Heres what i think, if floyd truely feels that he's the better man here, then since manny wont give in why not just say fucck it, if thats what u want lets just continue on with the regular testing, get in the ring and whoop manny's asss.. then this will make manny look really bad. why not do this then since him his dad and uncle both believe that manny has no chance at all. why not prove to the world that floyd is better than manny and floyd whoop on manny even after manny refuse to take the test. Really? How come BPP didn't made a thread about it? He fooled most of us(Well at the waken ones) about agreeing fully to the test when he knew damn well that Margarito was his next opponent weeks after the Clottey fight.
