why do you think it took him so long to drop Ring belt at 140?
chance was always there to go back and defend against Bradley
he was the top guy there and the fight was reasonable
money options were higher up
this fight could still conceivably happen if Tim wins clearly over Devon

because the ring wanted to keep giving him that distinction

pac never had any intention of fighting at 140 again. the ring sent him letters asking him if he was gonna defend that belt again. you know what Pac said in reply? NOTHING. he never responded to their letters.

Pac ditched their belt from 126 and 130 when he moved up then
the money was at WW but he wasn't completely committed to that
before Bradley moved to HBO the fight couldn't take place
it can now, Pac's running out of options
if Bradley beats Devon, there's enough hype for Arum to do it
people act like Pac is a JMW now since he got some ****** belt there
he can still fight at 140
even if he beat Bradley, doubtful Devon would get the fight
but for Bradley, he's in the running
