This can't be serious? If so this guy must have known about his other assaults and figured he would get in on the action to get some money out of Floyd. Regardless of whether all these incidents happened or not, it will still require legal issues which will keep Floyd out of the ring even longer. WTF is going on?

With these extra battery charges in addition to his baby mama assault charges, you don't think the DA is going to think Floyd is an "out-of-control" criminal? He may serve time..

And to the folks who say a finger to the face is nothing? WTF! The man was just doing his job, Floyd says "Don't touch my property!" and then he goes and pokes the guy in his FACE? IMO thats not excusable and Floyd should face the consequences of that action.

This is actually serious. The mere fact that this other case was actually filed means that Floyd`s woman and child violation cases can be affected.

The hearings on Jan 2011 could include a waiver on Floyd`s bail as a menace to society, therefore he could go to jail immediately.
