Someone please tell me what qualifies a man like Koncz to be an advisor?

Anyone can have an opinion and that's about as much as you get from this guy.. In fact we should all be paid like him as most of us on here have an opinion of some sort.

Is he simply taking advantage of pacquiaos good nature and the fact manny will never see bad in anyone??
