i actually saw this Inside MMA interview on tv and Rampage said he wouldnt fight James the way that Couture fought him.

He said he just wanted to beat Toney up lol so if thats the case then i'd be into it.

Am i in? hell no Toney was a joke vs Couture couldn't even defend a bad takedown attempt. The guy has also been a joke in the boxing world for a few years aswell..

It did look like a **** takedown. The guy dropped on all 4's about 2-3 feet away and crawled his way to Toney's leg.

Toney's reflexes and foot speed are at a slugs pace at this point. As soon as I saw him take the little slow step he took before getting taken down, I knew he was done. Forget about boxing or mma, Toney should retire and avoid embarrassing himself and the sport.
