Then Manny came back begging for that 14 days when he just rejected it. What kind of does that make? Shane accepted WITH no problem, thus, that 14 day offer was off the table because BOTH parties moved on and fought other opponents.

First off, you don't even have your facts straight. There wasn't supposed to be a cutoff date announced. The threat of being tested up to the fight was good enough. The cutoff date came out after the doctors annouced when it would be good to test the figters so that both would feel safe. In a last ditch effort to make the fight, they started negotiating over 14 and 18 days and the fight fell through. Floyd and Shane did not have a cutoff date set. The threat of being tested up to the fight was good enough to keep the fighters clean...
