Welterweight has gone from being one of the strongest divisions to one of the weakest...
Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Quintana have moved up...god knows what weight Pac will fight at next and Floyd is having his troubles outside the ring...and Mosley will come back to 147 provided its against Pacquiao it seems...

Now that leaves the top 10 very weak indeed and even then Berto cant find the bottle to fight a top 10 fighter...

I dont even rate Aydin but he will give give Berto trouble if Berto is willing to fight a top 10 fighter...i'm not expecting big names because they have all left the division...but I atleast expect him to fight a top 10 fighter...the two best guys on his resume Collazo - he lost to and Quintana was weight drained...the fact this guy walks off with nearly a mil for fighting Hernandez is a disgrace...
