Honestly, there is no need for that.
I never really understood why races would need to be seperated, unless it had to do with what language they spoke.

But just like on NSB you'll have the functioning ******s comming over to attack and bash, ALTs from all over the world would pretend to be black or just plain racist would ruine it.
