Well in theory they should be living it up, but they have no control over that and how she'll choose to spend the money. Somehow I'm doubting that they'll see a large percent of that $5000 she spends on clothes a month because really all you have to do is keep kids that age entertained and they'll be fine running around with payless shoes.

That much money is beyond most young kids' understanding. In the end most of that money will end up going to her anyways. How can we prove that she won't be going on spending sprees for herself? Maybe I'm misjudging her, but based on past divorce settlements that I've personally seen its optimistic at best to say the kids will get as much fair dibs on that money as she will.

Maybe I needed to make myself clear when I said that they need just enough money to live. They deserve more than that you're right, but some stuff is just ridiculous. Does she really NEED to spend money on ***elry or a damn personal trainer?
