    According to reports in Mexico, representatives for former champion Anthony Mundine of Australia have made inquires about fighting WBA interim-junior middleweight champion Rigoberto Alvarez, the older brother of Mexican star Saul "Canelo" Alvarez. That fight might not be able to happen right away. Alvarez has to face Austin Trout for the vacant "regular" title of the WBA. The belt became vacant when reigning champion Miguel Cotto was elevated to "super champion" status by the World Boxing Association.

                              No he wouldn't. Mundine is incapable of getting KO's against anyone other than complete bums at this point. His punches carry very little power.
