I'm surprised to see people hating on Arum only one day after Top Rank put on a really solid PPV card. Bob puts on good cards and competitive fights. Cotto-Margarito for June is a good fight and so is Foreman-Chavez. He's also trying in earnest to get a fight with Floyd Mayweather. Top Rank's current policy for Pacquiao is that they refuse to co-promote any fight he's involved in unless the other fighter is Floyd Mayweather. So you can't say he's in the way of a Mayweather fight being made, and you can't blame him for not wanting to co-promote any other Pacquiao fight (because no other fighter has nearly his draw).

What's wrong with a Cotto-Pacquiao rematch in September? If Cotto beats Margarito in June it'll be a big redemption victory for him, especially if he keeps looking good with Emmanuel Steward. Cotto-Pacquiao was competitive for at least the first third of the fight and that was before Cotto shifted trainers. I doubt Cotto will let that fight happen at a catchweight too, considering the way the first fight turned out. And besides, who else would Manny fight?
