You guys have NO room to talk at all.
These guys were mandatories....Oscar, Baldomir, Gatti were champions of which many expert predicted would have beaten Floyd due their size and recent wins. I could also add that he was pushed in the Baldomir fight because everyone including Brian Kenny claimed he was ducking Baldomir by fighting Judah whom he had pre-contracted with. Also, many of u probably didn't notice that Floyd never had a trainer for the Baldomir fight cuz Roger was serving time.

The difference between Manny and FLoyd is that Floyd tell u before he fights an opponent that the guy is a bum, but ppl insist it's because he's ducking them and that he's a disrespectful loud mouth, so he goes on to prove them wrong. Manny, on the other hand, act like he's fighting all time greats, when in fact they're has been or never will bes. In the end they both fights bums, but Floyd never pretended that he's fighting all time greats.

The way Arum has planned it out, Pacquiao would face Shane Mosley on April 16 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The second step is a rematch between Cotto and Antonio Margarito for the month of June. The winner of Cotto-Margarito would become a frontrunner to face Pacquiao in September.

He's gotta be throwing this out there as his way of saying: "FM, we're going forward with or without you" Because from any other standpoint these fights would make absolutely no sense.

wow. i'm a pac fan and if deals don't get made with a mayweather fight, than fight marquez or berto..not an old shane mosley..

either way pac haters will have something to say about who he fights..if he fights marquez and wins, they'll say he still hasn't fought a slick black fighter and/or marquez is old/past his prime..if he fights berto and wins, they'll say he wasn't a big name..if he fights mosley (which it sounds like he's going to), they'll say he came off a mayweather defeat, a draw against mora, past his prime, and hand picked..

bottom line..if he fights mosley, i ain't watching it..i kno styles make fights but mosley doesn't have the stamina to go head to head with pac..obviously the mayweather would be my top choice, than marquez next, than berto, if worse comes to worse..all respect to mosley, but if he fights pac, i'm pretty sure he'll get sent into retirement.

Are u saying Arum is going suicidal and asking Mayweather for a lifeline?
