    boxing book

    im looking for a techniqual book on boxing, not the history of boxing or boxers but more a guide book on different angles hooks, combos , defencesive movements ect. anyone know the best book or if there is like a bible of boxing?

          you might want to try videos instead of a book. Title Boxing have some pretty good ones.

            I don't know any names, but I have seen books like those at Barnes and Noble. Just go to your local book store and in the sports section should be a small amount of boxing books where you could pick one up.
