So you think having every single fight of your career, apart from one, in California is not having them in your hometown? Ok.

Bute has fought outside his state and country more than Ward has. In Canada, Montreal is the place for boxing. In the US, it's LV or NY or something.

I think Ward would say it needs to take place in Cali, whether in Oakland or somewhere else in Cali means nothing. It's still in Cali and Ward reuses to fight outside his hometown. Bute doesn't.
