Nobody would think Barrera is overated. Barrera is a excellent fighter, im no Barrera fan but he is a top notch guy. He never runs his mouth like Mayweather does though, that is why people are upset at Mayweather right now, Mayweathers beaten tough opposition, but its now been long since the last time hes beaten a tough guy. Its just time for Floyd to fight a great opponent like weve seen him do in the past.

Mayweather's been making over a million dollar in every fight, even if he fights on HBO, he will still make 1.5 to 2 million dollars. These guys are ducking him, that's why they want a 50/50 split. ESPN said the success that the Margarito PPV had will be a reason to stay in PPV for ESPN, ESPN doesnt want to put out PPV out till the College Football season is over cause it is going to show fights PPVs on Saturday which is a college football day, they dont want their viewers to not watch their college football games. Margarito is a big enough name to give success to his first ever PPV. Him and Mayweather should fight cause Margarito fights cheap, he wants to fight Floyd, they are both promoted By Bob Arum, and Floyd will get plenty of money, in fact, hed get most of the money of the Floyd/Margarito purse, a chance to fight for Margaritos belts and a great top opponent. No excuses right their that Floyd should not fight cause this or that. Unless he accepts the fight and claims he had a last second groin pull injury.

Back in those days he was very f**kin' good!... But he just seems to have gone a bit stale over the last 4yrs (since the 2nd fight with Castillo).

Like I said, when judging fighters I only look at facts. I wanna know who they've beaten and how and when.

For example I look at Barrera since 2001' and I see Naseem Hamed, Enrique Sanchez, Erik Morales, Johnny Tapia, Kevin Kelley, Manny Pacquiao, Paulie Ayala, and Erik Morales AGAIN!.

And in the same sort of time Mayweather has fought Victoriano Sosa, Phillip N'dou, DeMarcus Corley, Henry Bruseles, and Arturo Gatti.

Just me personally I see a wealth of difference between calibre of opponent there. My way of dealing with facts would tell me that Barerra is P4P a better fighter.
