    Those are not similar situations.

I would like to see the fight though but keep in mind Guerrero is 5'9" with a 70 inch reach with a excellent jab, while Katsidas is 5'7" with a 66 inch reach. to me that doesn't look good for Katsidas.

Katsidis as the man at lightweight if JMM wasn't around? Katsidis can't even sniff the top 5 even if Marquez was on a different division...

katsidis was jmm's #1 contender. I think katsidis is about the level of juan diaz. there's a huge drop off from jmm to his contenders.

rios is huge and might be able to put good pressure on jmm, but he ain't ready.

Miguel Vazquez should be in the conversation.

His only losses are to much bigger guys.

          Bradely and Canelo.

The Kim and Prescott wins are solid.

Hes also 5'10 and naturally bigger than most at 135.

Bam Bam Rios would run over all of them.

Kim and Presscott wins are alright but those guys styles are amateurish with little in the way of skill or boxing acumen.

Not to say he can't beat classier guys than those two but I don't know how those wins really translate against a high level opponent.

Linares, Antillon, Acosta, Soto (even if he is past his prime), Katsidis, Guerrero, and Rios. Where you been man. That's not a bad line up of fighters even though Guerrero has let me down in a couple of his fights like was mentioned earlier in this thread.

Yes, and that is why I said it is weak. Those guys aren't very impressive imo

Katsidis destroys Rios and Soto on the same night.

By far and away the best LW after JMM.
