People who really follow the true history of this sport know that the so called Black American style was originated oversees or by white men. Jimmy wilde was one of those fighters. Benny Leonard was a white American and almost nobody was as slick as him. Eder Jofre a caucasion Brazilian said to be the best Bantam ever. There are lots of other fighters and I could go on and on.
That's right but whites can't implement it like blacks. lol
Why is everyone something out of what Hopkins said. For at least the last 20 yrs, if u think of a "slick" style, most people would think of a black boxer. He was not saying that no one else has that same style, he was just saying that many black boxers, have employed that style. There was nothing racist about what he said. White, black, blue or green, any elite boxer that employs speed and a slick style, that's a person that Pac's people don't want him anywhere near. That was the point.
