I predicted Margarito will win in the 1st fight. I mentioned Pressure & Granite chin and size will be a factor. It's still is today. I dont think it's the concrete!! Cheato has more stamina than Cotto.

Cotto-Margarito II is the perfect fight for both fighters!! Based on the recent losses both suffered, they are now on equal ground. I smell at least a TRILOGY!!! Marquez-Vasquez at 154!!!

I respect Margarito only because he trains very good for his fights and usually shows up in top condition. Other than that he was a proven cheater against SSM and a highly suspected cheater agains Cotto, Cintron, Martinez and who knows how many more. We can also state that Margo doesn't punch. Boxing fans use to think he was a hard hitter mercy-less puncher but after watching him against SSM, Garcia and recently against Pac, having a weight advantage of 17 pounds, we know for sure he lacks punching power. That makes us think that whenever he demonstrated punching power and puncher attitudes in his past performances he might had his gloves loaded. Now he might face Cotto again. Cotto hasn't prove too much elite fighter abilities after the Margo fight but Margo has looked even worse. I think that Cotto better shows up in top condition to face Margo. He doesn't has to worry too much about his punching power but he should be concern about his top physical preparation. However Cotto should be the favorite at least 3 to 1.

I think this will be a close match up. Cotto still fades in the later rounds and if Margarito did indeed use bricks in the first, he wouldn't be able to take Cotto out the same as before, but could still steal the later rounds. This will be a close fight, Cotto winning the earlier rounds and Margarito the latter.

I think now that Shane Mosley Showed the world and Pac how to beat Margarito, the blue print is there.

Basically all Cotto has to do is sit on his punches and not back peddle punch and Margarito will go down in the late rounds.

RECIPE:
Its not exactly going to be very difficult for Cotto or any fighter for that matter to hit Margarito. COTTO ! SIT ON YOUR PUNCHES (WHEN HE SMILES IT MEANS HE IS HURTING AND FOLLOW UP). When Margarito Charges in, Hold him, let the ref break it up and repeat until Margarito is well done.
