I think it is quite obvious that 154 is the problem...They just don't seem interesting for campaigning at that weight-class...He is scared, ducking, too small, cherrypicker, coward, whatever the reason he doesn't want to campaign at JMW and I am OK TBH.

And, the belt would be given up soon.

Rhodes-Alvarez can fight for that vacant belt.

IMO, Cintron's power is waaay overrated. Who has he stopped that is worth mentioning? David Estrada? Jesse Feliciano?

This guy fails everytime he steps up. He got humiliated by Margarito twice, humiliated himself against Williams and Martinez, not to mention he got thoroughly beat by him too.

His best work has been against a green and ill Alfredo Angulo who by the way, finished strong and won the last couple of rounds.
