At Ulster Hall in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Irish welterweight Stephen Haughian improved his record to 20-2-1, 8 KOs, after a dominating performance against Englishman Dave Ryan (9-4, 2 KOs). Haughian was better in every department but it wasn't a one-sided fight. BScene's Alexey Uralets had it 79-73 - for the winner, and IBHOF's Barry McGuigan had the same score, while the referee, who was also a sole judge of the contest, had it 78-74 - for the occasional winner.
