But it seems like hes been going backwards with his inactivity.

When he was developing he won a belt.(a lot like Jermain Taylor)

He turned into a spoiled HBO fighter who fights twice a year.

The Haiti disaster and arm injury didn't help ether

Really hard to improve like that.

Mosley and Mayweather were fighting 4,5 and 6 times a year at the same point of there careers.

It's really up to Berto. If Berto gets a couple of big wins over some top fighters then I'm sure he'll improve. It's all mental cause he got the tools. Berto basically needs to prove to himslef that he really is as good as he thinks he is....that will indeed take him to the next level.

I'm not a huge fan of Berto but he's definitely going to be one of the most interesting fighters in 2011.
