Yes yes, mosley came short against PBF and arguably against Mora. But those 2 are boxers who don't really engage in toe to toe fights. Pac is an offensive fighter who will take two to give one. Shane vs Manny would equal fireworks! Fans would witness a very good fight worth their bucks.
