I seen break down Ortiz a very good boxer and a highly regarded talent in the div's..But besides that Maidana is just better then most give him credit for..Like I said if Maidana is well conditioned Khan will lose this fight..Khan is not battle tested and Maidana is going to make this a battle,a ring is only four corners my friend..

Watch the Michael Gomez fight, granted, he's not in the same class as Maidana - but it was still a war.

A really entertaining fight if anyone wants to check it out.

Very possible. I think Ortiz hits a bit harder, but Khan will box a lot better. Maidana got put down like 3 times against an Ortiz that fought a horrible game plan. People seem to forget.

Agree. I have Khan by KO. Maidana's chin isn't the best and it will be the reason he loses this fight. Khan's the better, faster boxer and has power that comes with that speed.

Hahaha you'd think so 'eh... Roach is a funny guy, I liked him at first, but now it seems he's bigger than the game... like the fight shouldn't even have taken place...

"Khan is already a legend after he beat Wladimir Klitschko, at a catch weight."

"Of course i look of for the safety of my own fighter" and not taking in to account the fighter he's facing, Margarito with a broken Orbital bone, DLH, Hatton on cocain. lol

I seen that fight and you are right it was a good one..But you also are right he was not at the same level as Maidana,he did not punch like Maidana either..I really think this fight is 50/50 but I favor Maidana we seen him in tough with punchers and boxers and he has shown true grit I really can't say the same for Khan but this is his chance to prove..BTW Maidana will maake sure he does..

How many jabs did Ortiz throw in the whole fight?

TBH I don't know, but what I do know is Ortiz tried to box and give movement from the 2en rd on and was bested by the tougher fighter..How many jabs did Devon throw against Kottie that were ineffective??Its about being effective with your punches not how many were thrown..

He barely threw any and my point was he was not boxing with Maidana he was trying to over power him and when that didnt work he kept his guard up but didnt move much nor did he use his jab to keep Maidana away.

Also in my opinion Khan has the best jab in the division.

But you are right its about being effective with your punches not how many were thrown.

Though off topic that is why I feel Devon got a gift against Kotelnik.
