              Maybe not 'best', but it's up there as a Great record in any estimation.

              'There's A Riot Goin' On' is the most widely acclaimed, their tour de force.

              'A Whole New Thing' and 'Life' are my personal favorite albums.

              'Greatest Hits' (one of those rare compilations that is an amazing album in its own right) might be the place to start if you're new.


              It's hard to find bad work by the original Family Stone.
