Why would he throw a blatant lie out there when there's thousands of people who can relay what Arum said to him? Manny can choose who he fights, that 'talk to my promoter, he'll choose an opponent for me' is just another type of diversion to not be criticized if a bull**** fight happens like we've seen countless times. Manny can choose who he fights - fact, he's the prized asset of Arum, if Manny says he wants Berto - Arum will make it happen. Arum won't go 'No you have to fight Mosley' - bull ****, he's there to suck up to Manny and keep their relationship on good terms. Manny is at the point of his career where he can make his own choices and Arum negotiates the fights, he's not an up and coming prospect. Anyway, Manny will fight Mosley, as if the Margarito fight wasn't shameful enough. I laugh at the people who are naive enough to think Arum forces opponents on Manny now.
