I think its a case of two things, Mayweather cares more about his legacy than what he lets on, his zero, and that he is easy come easy go about Boxing these days, as I said, he could of taken an rematch with Oscar and made some easy money, but retired instead, he could of made a statement about his intentions by now, but seems to be caught up in other stuff, and has been reiterating for a while, that his mind is not on Boxing at the moment.

Also, I think Floyd is jeopardizing his chances to make all that money with Pac. Maybe Manny should take the test, maybe Pac is stopping the fight from happening due to being reluctant about the cut offs etc, but I personally, would fight him irrespective of additional testing, I mean whether you're taking PEDs or not, its still not a recipe to win, take Vargas, he got KTFO against Oscar. now Pacquiao

take note these fighters were all in welterweight in that time. Whatever Floyd reasons are its just unacceptable. Instead of fighting one, two or three of them...he fought a junior welterweight and lightweight.
