He hasn't earned anything. You can judge a fighters talent a lot by how they respond in a hostile environment. It's only fair this dude goes on the road and proves himself. Ward is a sleezeball just like Bernard Hopkins.

GTFOH. He beat Kessler who was the #1 Supper Middleweight when they fought. Taylor dropped out and Showtime put Green in front of him(who suddenly became shot after Ward whooped his behind for 12 rounds), then Dirrell dropped out and Showtime put Bika in there who is a tough strong MF'er.

But sit tight...his next 3 are Abraham (if he doesn't drop out), Froch then Bute. What are you going to say after he beats those 3?

Ward is one of the next superstars of boxing. At first people were saying that he was afraid to mix it up but now they are saying that he is mixing it up too much. He is very versatile . . . he beat Kessler's azz . . . headbutts or no headbutts. I think he will do the same with Abraham and Froch (I will give it to Froch he impressed me in the Kessler and Abraham fight although he fought the same fight that Dirrell fought against Abraham but he doesn't have a chance against Ward).

Not a bad interview all told. I liked the way Ward responded to a lot of the questions, and thought he came across quite well. His response to fighting at home, though, was BS, and everyone can see that. If he truly wants to improve and develop, as well as silence his critics, then he needs to fight away for the rest of his fights in this tournament. He basically admitted to being a hometown fighter.
