Dont think he will be great, but I think he would have a chance against Soto, whom I think is ready to be taken by someone with a degree of talent, not that I think Rios is that, but he is a big guy for that weight, where as Soto has come up, does not exactly have Mayweather's skills to keep Rios from drawing him into a battle, dont know if Rios would win, but he would be in with a shot imo.
