Glass jawed Con vs Maidana 10oz gloves?

Thats cheating, they're trying to protect glass chin by using 10oz gloves. They know it will slow down Maidana so he can't land on Khan.

I was about to place a bet on Maidana but if they wear 10oz gloves it will slow him down and makes it alot easier for Con to defend his glass jaw and decreases Maidanas power as well

If Con had a glass jaw, then an extra 2 ounces shouldn't be a big deal.

Unless you're just scared to place the bet like a real man.

in Nevada, above 135lbs you wear 10oz unless both fighter agree to 8oz
pretty much everywhere else from 154lbs and above 10oz and under 8oz

10 ounce gloves is what is required in nevada for any fights over 135.

it's been like that for years.

2 years ago they made an exception that it can be 8 only if both sides request it. (margarito-cotto , both fighters wanted 8)

so actually fighting with 10 oz. is the norm.

fighting with 8 has to be requested.
