Floyd Wifebeater has not been given credit for beating Marquez ONLY by decision.

Should Pacquiao get credit if he ONLY beats Marquez by decision, like Floyd did?

No credit to Pac if he only decisions Marquez like Floyd did

Yes credit to Pac if he wins by brutal KO only unlike Floyd who couldn't hurt him

If Pacquiao fought Marquez at 147 he would knock him out. This fight has to be at 140.

Depends on what weight class the fight is in. If he fights Marquez at 140, he should get more credit than Floyd, but still not too much credit. He should get a lot of credit if he fights Marquez at 135.

Floyd was 160 lbs. when he fought Marquez. Pacquiao would only be 145 lbs. without any catchweights. Marquez would be 145 lbs. come fight night.

          Pacquiao gets credit. Floyd doesn't.

If Pacquiao beats Marquez it's going to be by knockout this time. If Marquez wins, it will probably be by decision.

Even if Marquez gets Pac in trouble and a stoppage should be called, a ref isn't going to stop a Pacquiao fight when Pac is the one on the ropes.

Marquez goes down a lot. Once Marquez gets in trouble Pac should be able to finish him off, as Marquez is getting older and has fought some wars.

Going back down in weight is dumb and is only opening the door for issues in the near future. Pacquiao's good, but he's not that good. 150 to 135, then we'll want him back at 147, only to go to 140, etc.. That's idiocy. It sounds like people are hoping he'll end up like Roy Jones.

If Marquez is still begging for the fight, they agree on a weight, and fight there. Manny in no way shape or form has to (literally) lower himself to Marquez's level. He's in the driver's seat from now until retirement.
