i think it depends on the fighter....some fighters get mentally ruined from a violent loss and some fighters get inspired to work harder to avenge that loss

I'd say fighters have nightmares about losing, it's like some people have nightmares about failing exams, it's nothing to do with fear of an opponent, just fear of failure.

And no, I don't think any of the fighters you list have nightmares about an opponent.
