I think Margarito beats Cotto again in a Rematch..

Cotto couldn't possibly deal with that pressure again,
I think Cotto suffered so much from there first meeting he will never be the same again,
Add Pacquiao massacre of him onto that and he would be easy work for Tony.

Sure Tony got KO'ed by Mosley and butchered by Pac, but his style is come forward it's all he knows, Cotto would shit himself in the ring again with Margarito after that night.
I'd say he still has nightmares about that fight,
Am I the only one thinking Margarito KO's him again in a rematch?

I would have given the rematch to margarito immediately after the first fight, but not anymore. I never thought i would say this, but that fight took more out of margarito than it did cotto. cotto has gone 3-1 (TKO by 12) since the margarito fight, while margarito has gone 1-2(KTFO in 9 by mosley.) I know cottos competition was not the best, but he looks like he has more left than margarito. I think we can all agree that they left their primes in the ring that night.

IMO margarito got a worse beating than cotto. Had cotto not gotten on his bike/ moonwalking shoes, he would have gotten KTFO. I agree that cotto was/ is shellshocked from that fight.

You might be right...but I dont believe it is an open and shut case.
Cotto has a chance...a good chance.

Margaritos beatdown was alot worse, besides, we all know Margaritos punches don't hurt anyone anymore...go watch his last three fights.

Cotto takes it unanimously but i'd prefer to see him paul william'd then apologize to the world for being a big fraud.

This is certainly a good story/fight.

Both have been exposed due to their recent fights and they can both see how to exploit the other. I think that COTTO could win this one because of one thing, COTTO is still improving and have been active. Margarito, have been awful in his skills in his last....oh 4 fights, maybe.

But the thing is that COTTO have something to prove, and that is more than enough motivation for him to avenge his loss with the plaster.

I see COTTO with his LEFT HOOKS on Margarito while Margarito is relatively more damaged-goods most specially from the Pacquiao onslaught.

can't say i disagree...Tony looks like he can still put on a ton of pressure

however, i'm also not counting out Cotto and Steward...lateral movement and superb conditioning is what they're gonna need

Cotto's gonna have to be better conditioned than the last fight if he wants to keep up the pace he set in the early rounds
