no i don't know how exactly astrology is kickstarted and how the intricacies work... it is only a theory. that is like me asking you how exactly is gravity created? we just know it exists... but the in-depth explanation is still being argued over till this day.

Details of this matter are extremely intricate and nobody realy knows.
there are many many different interpretations.

Once again, I only look at the end results. Patterns. Rules and I tend to exclude exceptions to the rule just as every research does. exceptions do not make the rule and they make for interesting discussions but they are not the rule.

your example is just horrendous. shows you have serious lapse in your logic. If a certain region consistently produces the tallest people in the world then the world would draw their own conclusions right? when the discussion of production of tallest people ever come up..... then those countries who have never produced a tallest person would certainly never be included in the discussion right? fool.

Once again, astrology is only your potential at this point. it is what an individual can achieve operating at their full potential. I personally believe only the astrology of top tier fighters can be apparent. Those who are at relatively the same level of skill, genetics with that drive to succeed.

Once again, what we have here is a substantial data pool to draw from with millions upon millions of participants in boxing history. that ensures a level of unbiased consistency. and i am asking you to investigate it for yourself many times. look through the top ATG list and compile the llist of all their sun signs. you still haven't done that yet.

get that done then come back and i'll be happy to discuss that further with you. no more of this mumbo jumbo. come back with the results.
the noose is just trying to pigeonhole a very very complex situation. What he is missing & what you keep trying to tell him is that astrology is just another way to find a answer.

If fighter A & fighter B are both supremely gifted atletic specimens, both technical masters, both even at every physical & technical stand point, you go to astrology to find the answer to break the tie. At least that's what i gather.

I actually feel the moon sign isn't nearly as importantly but maybe only the next 1 up after the big 3(ascending, mars, sun). Professional boxers should be able to turn that aspect off if they choose to. I feel it only comes into play at their own downtime or family time. The moon aspect becomes apparent.

In a fight, as long as the fighter has a strong sun then the moon shouldn't affect them that much. The sun will shut out the moon. However if the fighter has a weak sun then the moon will come out. Start crying, quitting etc.
can you explain to me wtf is the moon sign, sun sign, & ascendant sign? what is that all about?

      Some examples:
Thomas Hearns (Libra Sun) with a Capricorn Moon
Floyd Jr (Pisces Sun) with a Taurus Moon
Salvador Sanchez (Aquarius Sun) with a Virgo Moon
Jose Napoles (Aries Sun) with a Cancer Moon
Joe Calzaghe (Aries Sun) with a Taurus Moon
Harry Greb (Gemini Sun) with a Cancer Moon
Gene Tunney (Gemini Sun) with a Cancer Moon
Evander Holyfield (Libra Sun) with a Cancer Moon
Ricardo Mayorga (Libra Sun) with a Capricorn Moon

great observation. seriously the sun and the moon have strong interaction. I guess the stronger one takes over emotionally.

i see someone like Ray Robinson with the moon in pisces which creates a very emotionally fragile person....he seems wooden and unemotional. I assume that's because his sun blocks out the moon.

He almost quit boxing altogether after killing that man. He was distraught in his own downtime.

      • some other n*ggas with challenging Suns but helpful Moons

Miguel Cotto (Scorpio Sun) with a Cancer Moon
Zab Juah (Scorpio Sun) with a Taurus Moon
Devon Alexander (Aquarius Sun) with a Cancer Moon

Seems like Cancer Moon is great at bailing out guys with difficult Suns. The Cancer influence is good for boxing, and it's also the home sign for the Moon.

Sun = your internal vitality, energy, power, heart and will. It is who you are to yourself.

Ascending sign = who you are to others. it is who you impose on others. it is what you give. it is your external shell. Natural athletcism, speed, co-ordination and physical power. Most athletes have saggitarian rising because saggitarians are widely regarded as the most naturally gifted physical specimens.

Mars sign = planet of war. it is what you do in combat. how you react and your method of destruction. It also has to do with your stamina.

moon sign = lunar rules your emotions. your fragile side. who you are to your loved ones, family. who you are in your down time.

              Sun represents you
Moon represents your emotions and the deeper you
Ascendant represents how you see yourself and appear to other people

I know you read through this thread, but what sign do I come off like to you?

thanks for the explanation rass. how do you find out what your moon, mars, etc signs are?

this is a lot of fun figuring out what athletes signs are. I wonder what ryan leaf, terrell owens, maurice clarret, & all the sporting knuckleheads signs are.

yeah people often under-estimate cancer and virgo. I read on astrology boards dismissing cancers and virgos as terrible fighters while upholding leos, scorpios and aries.

you can google this, "best fighters by astrology". it's funny how they don't realize reality is actually almost the exact opposite.
