A ****** question but why don't the commentators also be the official judges?

No way. Try watching a fight with the commentary off for the first time and then watch it with them and you'll have a completely different opinion. I mean just look at their opinion for the first few rounds, up until Harold Letterman reveals his scores, they're usually way off, then once he starts breaking **** down for them they will sometimes change their tune. They suck.
