Hopkins can win this, Pascal has plenty of flaws regardless of his natural advantages that Bernard can exploit to create countering opportunities.

Then once he is champ again the LHW division will be ruined

He did say that he'll be a HW champ next year, so maybe not!

I think with neutral judges, B-Hop wins this by unanimous decision. Once I put money on B-Hop as a 2-1 underdog, my friend reminded me that the judging in Montreal is as bad as in Germany. In other words, Pascal will win any round that is even remotely close. And since Golden Boy is not directly involved, they will not be picking the judges. I think B-Hop has to win decisively to get the decision.

                Gonna get X'ed!

Is Pascal to Hopkins what Joe Calzaghe was to Jones? The last hope of stardom?

Jones beat a subpar fighter in Lacy to get Calzaghe to agree to give him a big pay day and one last chance. Just as Hopkins beat a subpar fighter in Jones to get a pretty good payday/big fight from pascal

I say, probably not. Hopkins style will frustrate Pascal. Hop will capitalize on this young buck. Maybe not in a Pavlik style of things but he will yet again get his point across to the doubters. Prepare for the "F-U, I told you so" stare into the camera when grandpa Hop once again beats a creditable youngbuck at the top of his respectable weight class!

                IMO, Hop>Pascal by UD

Pascal vs Dawson II, if Pascal wins.
Hopkins vs Dawson (Hopkins retirement check), if Hopkins wins.

No, that's Froch when he's frustrated who ironically beat Pascal.

simply another case of youth vs. experience. we'll see how hop handles pascal cause he's no kelly pavlik or roy jones. he's a legit light heavyweight with a high workrate. we just have to wait and see if he can break him down
