When Mosley was going to fight Floyd John referred to Mosley as coming off a win with no mention of the 15 months inactivity, when Mosley is going to fight Pac he refers to Mosley as coming off a dominating loss(which happened 2 fights ago) and making no mention of the fact that the draw against Mora was extremely questionable. If Mosley was a beast the night he stepped in the ring against Floyd I cant imagine how hes completely washed up 6 months later. Hes lost decisive fights before why would this be the one to ruin him? I think the truth is both Floyd and Pac will have faced a washed up Mosley Pac version being considerably more so.

I think the truth is Floyd fought a 38 year old Mosley coming off two impressive stoppages while Pacquiao will be fighting a 40 year old Mosley coming of a loss and a draw. That is an actual fact. No opinions necessary from me.

Considering Mosley has not looked good against back to back slick fighters. One of them was a defensive slick counterpuncher, the other one was just plain slick and featherfisted, well Floyd is no KO artist himself with only 4KO's above Super FW. Maybe that had to play a part with him looking bad. But then again the way he looked so lazy against them, like he mentally quit against Floyd, and didn't push far enough for the Mora fight. Pacquiao is not slick or defensive by any means, so Mosley can win a couple of rounds because Pacquiao is there to be hit. But at the end of the day, Mosley will be 40 in 2011, and he looked horrible in his last 2 fights and that's what boxing fans will look at.

In the three years prior to the fight(May 2007) Mosley and Mayweather had both had 3 fights. Mosley was 38 years old and coming off a 15 month layoff and Floyd was 32 coming off an 8 month layoff. I can use facts as well my friend.
