Mosely still has some drawing power and he has a puncher's chance.
Pac was getting hit often against Margarito. The thing is Mosely has been reluctant to throw lately and his only chance is to become a volume puncher like he use to be.
I think Mosely would lose to Pac but he would have a better showing than he did against Mora or Mayweather. Pac is not as defensive and not as quick as Mayweather but he is more accurate and more deadly than Mayweather could ever be.
Any fight against Marquez outside of 140lbs against Marquez would not be fun to watch. At 147 Marquez would get killed. He is too small for Pac right now. His speed would be negated @ 147. Mayweather destroyed him @ 147 or thereabouts. Pac would kill him @ 147. His fate would be worse than that of Margarito.
Berto doesn't deserve a shot. Definitely not Bradley/Alexander those guys are not there yet in my opinion.
