I think this is the worst list I've ever come across
Paul Williams and Donaire are rated 4th and 5th but both shouldn't be in the top 10
Sergio should jump up a few places same with Wladamir and I couldn't even see Carl Froch but he should be in the top ten around 8th

The Ring always has a month or 2 lag time.
Donaire at #4 is still ridiculous.
Rest of the top 10 is okay considering what fights hadn't occurred.
