      Pac didn't really dominate the lower divisions really...

      However, if you talking about who went up in weight from flyweight to WW and had a lot of great success than Jimmy Mclarnin comes to mind.

      Freddie Steele also starting at 106 and winning a MW title. Steele is like a top 15 ATG MW and he started at 106. So not bad....
