It's that he will want fighter A at a weight that fighter doesn't fight at I.E. a LW in JMM who Pac wants at 147 or an old man in Mosley who's last fight was at 154 and hasn't won a single fight since January of 2009. Its the reason he's not ON the list. Notice JMM name at the bottom of the list and he and Mosley are the most talked about because as Bob's contradicting words explained, it's not about what the fans want but about who's more popular. There is a reason Roach expressed that Mayweather is unlike anyone Pac has faced recently and wasn't ready for a fight in March vs Floyd. It's more than safe to say that Clottey and Margarito would also be added to that weak list. Crazy how people blame Mayweather when Roach said Pac wasn't ready.
