    Sergio, SMW is stacked!

    From what I've seen, he's said that he wants to fight Pacquiao, Mayweather or Cotto. All smaller guys. If he wants them to move up (although they've all fought once at 154 it's really 2 weight classes) why can't he move up to SMH? He's definately not too small for it, and that division is stacked.

    Thoughts?

          Martinez knows his time is running out and only has a couple of years left.

          What do Manny, Floyd, and Cotto have in common? They're the 3 biggest draws in boxing. Remember Martinez said he wants to fight guys with recognition and guys that can make him millions.

          Cotto vs. Martinez in NYC would make each fighter a very nice payday.

              He'd rather fight boxers coming from LW or lighter, than fighting someone his own size.

                  If it's so easy to find opponents at 168 then why hasn't Bute fought anyone with a pulse?

                      The good super middleweight guys fight on showtime. Dibella is too loyal to HBO do allow him on showtime.

                          He was 176 1month before the Williams fight. Sergio is definately close to SMW then Pacquiao is to MW, or even 154.

                              Martinez was a 154lber a year ago. Moving up a weight class aint easy.

                                  he can't fight none of them cause their all caught up in the super 6.

                                  maybe he can get a fight wit bute on showtime since bute isn't in the tourney, but really showtime doesn't need him.

                                      Martinez only has a few fights left, he wants money to retire comfortably. Manny got himself into this situation, Martinez is willing to fight at 154, MANNY YOU'RE HOLDING A 154 TITLE, a vacant title from Margarito LOL.
