it's pretty ridiculous just in that 115/118 lb region I think Yohnny Perez, Fernando Montiel, Anselmo Moreno, and even Hozumi Hasegawa are all more deserving of being ranked higher than Donaire

I've always wondered how they could justify him being that high. 24-1 with Vic the only real name he's beaten.
Lopez or Klitschko should be at 5 imo
