      It is called alcoholism. It is a deadly disease. He is at the age where he will either get well or die. His ring career is finished. If he does not face this now, it will only get worse once the word 'retire' becomes a reality. As we now know, Kelly hit the jackpot with Taylor at just the right time. Pavlik exposed Taylor's lack of stamina and poor whiskers. Hopkins put Pavlik in proper perspective. He is simply not very good. He never recovered from that beating and booze has been beating him up for quite some time.
      Hatton is only one small example of fighters who implode when their ring walks are over.
