I don't like the whole "I don't care what hardcore followers say" and pretty much saying he is doing it for the casuals.

Especially since it was the hardcores who were following and buying Pac stuff after he beat Ledwaba.

And, casuals know Pac and love Pac. They by his stuff. Pac is a huge and I mean a huge draw. Pac is bigger now than what Oscar was. At worse he is the 2nd biggest draw right now.

So casuals are going to buy his stuff no matter who he fights. However, it is the hardcores fans that will get turn and not buy it if he fights the likes of Mosley or JMM.

The closes opponent who resembled the same style as Marquez was Cotto. But props to Manny nonetheless, his resume is 10x better than Floyd's. But his recent oppositions hasn't fully convinced me that he can beat Floyd.

**** no!!! but arum is tarnishing manny's accomplishments by running the same game plan over and over again.

it's time to break the cycle and fight a top guy at their normal weight and make it a guy that the REAL boxing fans want to see.

i don't want mosley to get snubbed out on a payday, but it's a fight that isnt as attractive as a JMM fight or a martinez fight.


i wouldnt' be surprised if arum had pac move down to 140 for a mosley fight while still having roach demand 147 for a marquez fight!?!?!??
